In 1995, we began business in Pittsburgh as Once Upon a Child® with small stores in Monroeville and Wexford (where they buy & sell gently used children's items).  As those stores grew, so did our customers kids.  And so, by popular request, we opened this Plato's Closet in Monroeville in 2002 to meet the needs of teens and young adults in the area. We are proud that we can offer absolutely the best value for name-brand stylish teen wear of any retailer in the market.
